  2. cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

  6. large green bell peppers

  10. cup chopped celery

  12. tablespoons chopped onion
  13. 1/2
  14. teaspoon salt
  15. Dash
  16. pepper
  17. 1/4
  18. cup ketchup
  19. 1
  20. medium tomato, chopped
  21. 1
  22. (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
  23. 1
  24. teaspoon sugar
  25. 1/4
  26. teaspoon dried basil leaves
  27. 1
  28. oz. (1/4 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook rice in water as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350°F. Cut tops from bell peppers; remove membrane and seeds. In large saucepan, bring enough water to cover peppers to a boil. Add peppers; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Drain; set peppers aside.
  3. In large skillet, combine ground beef, celery and onion; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  4. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper, ketchup and tomato; mix well. Spoon mixture into peppers. Place peppers in ungreased shallow baking pan.
  5. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, sugar and basil; mix well. Spoon half of sauce over peppers.
  6. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender, spooning remaining sauce over peppers and sprinkling with cheese during last 5 minutes of baking.

Instructions
  1. 1 Heat oven to 375° F. In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in sauce and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and about 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

  10. cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)

  12. cup Original Bisquick® mix
  13. 1
  14. cup milk

  17. Additional barbecue sauce, heated, if desired
Instructions
  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with shortening. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, bell pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in 1/3 cup barbecue sauce. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over beef mixture.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.

  3. 4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes

  6. 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  7. 2 cups water
  8. 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
  9. 1 to 2 tablespoons salt
  10. 1 to 2 teaspoons pepper
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENT (for each batch of stew)

Instructions
  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, carrots, celery, potatoes, water, rice, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender.
  2. Uncover; simmer 20-30 minutes longer or until thickened. Freeze in 3-cup portions for up to 3 months.
  3. To use frozen stew: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Transfer to a saucepan; add water. Cook until hot and bubbly. Yield: about 5 batches (15 cups total

  6. 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium beef broth
  7. 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  8. 1 cup frozen corn
  9. 1/4 cup tomato paste
  10. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  11. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  12. 2-1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
  13. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan chees
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, corn, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 8 servings (2-3/4 quarts).

  1. 4 medium sweet red peppers

  1. 1 In small bowl, mix all seasoning blend ingredients.
  2. 2 In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook beef and seasoning blend over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  3. 3 Stir remaining ingredients into Dutch oven with beef. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Ladle soup into 6 bowls.
