  15. cups Original Bisquick® mix
  16. 2
  17. tablespoons granulated sugar
  18. 1
  19. teaspoon ground cinnamon
  20. 1/4
  21. teaspoon ground cloves
  22. 1/8
  23. teaspoon ground nutmeg
  24. Pinch of ground ginger
  25. 2
  26. eggs, slightly beaten
  27. 1
  28. cup milk
  29. 3/4
  30. cup whipping cream
  31. 2
  32. tablespoons powdered sugar
  33. Miniature chocolate chips
  34. Maple syrup, if desired
Instructions
  1. 1 Heat large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, greasing if necessary.
  2. 2 In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. Stir in eggs and milk.
  3. 3 For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbly on top and set on edges. Turn; cook other side.
  4. 4 To make whipped cream ghosts, whip cream until thick. Slowly add powdered sugar, and continue beating to stiff peaks. Transfer whipped cream to decorating bag. Pipe ghosts on top of pancake stacks, and adhere 2 chocolate chips for eyes on each.
  5. 5 Serve with syrup.
