Ingredients

  2. cups Original Bisquick® mix
  3. 2
  4. tablespoons granulated sugar
  5. 1
  6. teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. 1/4
  8. teaspoon ground cloves
  9. 1/8
  10. teaspoon ground nutmeg
  11. Pinch of ground ginger
  12. 2
  13. eggs, slightly beaten
  14. 1
  15. cup milk
  16. 3/4
  17. cup whipping cream
  18. 2
  19. tablespoons powdered sugar
  20. Miniature chocolate chips
  21. Maple syrup, if desired
Instructions
  1. 1 Heat large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, greasing if necessary.
  2. 2 In large bowl, mix Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. Stir in eggs and milk.
  3. 3 For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbly on top and set on edges. Turn; cook other side.
  4. 4 To make whipped cream ghosts, whip cream until thick. Slowly add powdered sugar, and continue beating to stiff peaks. Transfer whipped cream to decorating bag. Pipe ghosts on top of pancake stacks, and adhere 2 chocolate chips for eyes on each.
  5. 5 Serve with syrup.
