- cup cubed pepper Jack cheese (4 oz)

- cup bite-size pieces beef jerky
Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately
Notes
- For a true Lone Star State look, cut one piece of cheese into a star shape with a 1 1/2-inch cookie cutter.
