Ingredients
  1. 1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
  2. Cupcakes of your choice
  3. Coarse sugar
  4. Fruit Roll-Ups
  5. Starburst candies
Instructions
  1. Frost cupcakes; dip the tops in coarse sugar. Cut a Fruit Roll-Up into thin strips. Place two strips widthwise around desired amount of Starburst candies; press together at base to attach. Form two Fruit Roll-Up strips into a bow; press together in center and press onto wrapped candy.
  2. Arrange gifts on cupcakes. Store in an airtight container. Yield: varies.

  1. How-To: To make candy gifts, cut a Fruit Roll-Up into thin strips and wrap around Starburst candies. Create a bow with two Fruit Roll-Up strips and press onto wrapped candy. See candy gifts»
