Ingredients

  2. cups flour
  3. 2/3
  4. cup granulated sugar
  5. 1-1/2
  6. tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  7. 1/2
  8. tsp. baking soda
  9. 3/4
  10. cup orange juice
  11. 1/4
  12. cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
  13. 1/4
  14. cup cholesterol-free egg product
  15. 2
  16. tsp. orange zest
  17. 1
  18. cup chopped cranberries
  19. 1/3
  20. cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  21. 1/2
  22. cup powdered sugar
  23. 2
  24. tsp. water
Instructions
  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Mix orange juice, margarine, egg product and zest. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
  3. POUR into greased and floured 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  4. BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
  5. MIX powdered sugar and water; drizzle over bread. Let stand until firm.
Notes
  1. How to Chop Cranberries
  2. Roly-poly fresh cranberries can be difficult to chop, so pulse them in a food processor rather than chopping them with a knife and cutting board.
