Ingredients

  3. Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
  4. Filling

  6. box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  7. 2
  8. cups milk
  9. 1
  10. package (3 oz) ladyfingers, split
  11. 2
  12. cups sliced fresh strawberries
  13. 1
  14. container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
  15. Fresh strawberries, if desired
Instructions
  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Bake pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie plate. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Make pudding as directed on box using 2 cups milk. Let stand to thicken slightly.
  3. 3 Place half of the ladyfingers, cut sides down, on cooled pie crust. Spread half of the pudding over ladyfingers. Top with 1 cup of the sliced strawberries. Place remaining ladyfingers, cut sides down, over strawberries. Top with remaining pudding and remaining 1 cup sliced strawberries. Gently spread whipped topping evenly over top of pie. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled before serving.
  4. 4 Garnish with fresh strawberries. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie

  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 4 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 2 tablespoons white sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 1/2 cups warm milk
  7. 1/3 cup butter, melted
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
  3. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  9. salt and pepper to taste
  10. 5 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips.
  11. 1 cup cottage cheese
  12. 1 egg, beaten
  13. 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  14. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown. Drain juices. Mix the onion, green bell pepper, carrots, garlic, and tomato sauce into the skillet. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  3. In the bottom of the prepared baking dish, layer 1/2 the zucchini strips. In a bowl, beat together the cottage cheese and egg, and spread over the zucchini. Scoop 1/2 the beef mixture over the cottage cheese and egg mixture, and sprinkle with 1/2 the mozzarella cheese. Layer with remaining zucchini, beef mixture, and mozzarella. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to sit 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
